If your thinking of coming to Patong or are already in Patong. Then chances are you have seen or will soon be seing plenty of "ladymen". Believe it or not the "ladyman" presence in Patong is responsible for a large number of the local tourism. Homosexuality and "ladymen" are excepted just as much as the next person in Patong, so if you have some negative thoughts on this then it is reccomended that you leave them at home or simply don't be rude on your stay. Remember these women were once men and have been known to get into a few scuffles here and there. If you are someone who would like to meet a "ladyman" than you will have no problem finding a friend in Patong.
